Bio

We are a relatively young band, only forming in August 2008, but we have acheived a great deal and have done a lot more in our first year than we would have ever imagined! After just 3 shows we were asked to spend a week recording what became our debut E.P. with a group of final year music tech students in Canterbury. The songs on the E.P. were all written and recorded within the first 4 months of us being together.

In June 2009 we were selected by Red Bull to film and broadcast a live set from one of our bedrooms directly to the Download Festival Main Stage big screens as part of the Red Bull Bedroom Jam. We were picked from over 100 unsigned UK bands and our live set went out in front of 60,000 festival goers between sets by Pendulum and Marilyn Manson. We have also been in talks with Red Bull Records and the British Embassy in Tokyo's 'British Music' campaign after they both saw our 'unorthodox' Main Stage performance!

After the Download peformance, we were asked to open the second of three stages at the first ever Hevy Music Festival in Folkestone on August 1st. We opened the stage for the likes of Cancer Bats, The Ghost of a Thousand and We are the Ocean. The Main Stage featured the likes of Feeder, Ash, Hundred Reasons, The Blackout and Attack! Attack! It was the an honour to play for so many people alongside some of the worlds biggest bands and it was a fantastic way to finish our first year as a band.

On top of all that we have notched up over 80 live shows in our first twelve months, taking on 3 self booked and self financed UK tours. We also made the commitment of buying and kitting out our first tour van. We've sold over 50 T-shirts at shows alone since May and shifted around 500 copies of our debut EP 'A Means To An End' also at our shows. We also released the EP on iTunes at the End of June so it is now available worldwide!
