Bio
After taking a break following the release of their 2013 EP Dirty Silver, Age of Color, an alternative rock band from Nashville, returned to the stage in 2015 to play a show in St. Louis at The Ready Room in preparation for playing increased touring. Drawing influence from 70's Rock, Early Metal, and 90's Grunge, Age of Color brings a refreshing dynamic to the modern alternative rock genre that seems to have been missing in recent years. With lyrical themes about personal struggle and ultimate redemption, riff heavy hooks and driving rhythms, Age of Color is poised to shake up what is possible in Rock. Writing partners and Texas natives Lane Dudley and Joe Markham founded Age of Color in 2012, releasing The Dirty Silver EP the following year and playing shows throughout the rest of 2013. 2014 saw the band return to writing and to regroup, and now Age of Color is gearing up for touring in the spring of 2016. Look for Age of Color to tour the South next summer and begin work on a follow-up to their 2013 effort.
