Age Of Consent is an original modern rock band from the Atlanta metro area. Consisting of three members, they have the ability to capture your attention and keep it, as they reel you in with their sexy grooves and shocking lyrics that can best be described as a spider weaving its web. This band loves ROCK and proves it with their hard hitting, in your face, aggressive style. The band, led by Kevin Kos has all of the credentials to be a heavy weight contender in the music industry today. Kos, formerly of the band Strychnine has played shows with the likes of Puddle of Mudd, 3 Doors Down and Blue October. Their influences come from modern bands like the Pumpkins, Nickelback, Foo Fighters, and can be traced all the way back to the Beatles. All three members play hockey together in the local AAHL, and their following consists of numerous booze hungry hockey players and their significant others. Combine that with Age Of Consent's relentless networking efforts, the crowds continue to grow. With a very loyal local following numbering in the high hundreds, they are ready to take this game to the next level. Having played their first ever gig at the enormous venue Wild Bills in Duluth, it was clear that this band could draw a large crowd and rock the house on a big stage. Having since played to a sold out crowd on a Friday night at the 10 High club in Atlanta, Age Of Consent are poised to launch out of the Southeastern scene.
