Bio

A Hope For Tomorrow is a progressive hardcore band from Ocala, FL, a city that has helped flourish the careers of A Day To Remember, and Seventh Star and members of Maylene & The Sons of Disaster and REO Speedwagon. Since their formation two short years ago, A Hope For Tomorrow has experienced several changes in direction and has found the mix they are looking for and are on a path to exploit it.

The band juxtaposes their influences and talents into something refreshing that has taken the southern region by storm. Due to being considered one of the most well known and talented unsigned acts in Florida and hard work and emphasis on booking shows, the band has been able to share the stage with many notable acts such as Evergreen Terrace (Metal Blade Records), Sea of Treachery (Sumerian Records), Impending Doom (Facedown Records), Death Before Dishonor, Advent (Solid State Records), Arsonists Get All The Girls, I Am Terrified (Gotee Records), We Were Gentleman (Century Media), The Great Commission (Strikefirst Records), In The Midst of Lions (Facedown), Thick As Blood (Eulogy Recordings), Versa Emerge (Fueled By Ramen), Confide (Tragic Hero), Oceana (Rise), Broadway (Uprising Records), Therefore I Am (Equal Vision Records), Veara (Epitaph Records), War of Ages (Facedown) and many more.

A long with sharing the stage with many notable acts and staying busy with shows/tours in the southern region, A Hope For Tomorrow also released an EP on their own this year titled “Renew, Rebuild” that is available on ITunes, Amazon MP3, and Zune. Due to their efforts, A Hope For Tomorrow was also asked to play the Orlando date on this year’s Scream The Prayer Tour which featured Maylene & The Sons of Disaster, For Today, Blessed By A Broken Heart, A Plea For Purging, and others. A Hope For Tomorrow was the only unsigned band on the date. A Hope For Tomorrow is a Christian band among all things and their number one goal is to spread the word of God through their ministry. Their hard work, energetic live show, passion, and willingness to work has prepared them for the next level and a promising project for any agency or label.

MARKETABILITY

A Hope For Tomorrow is aware that to acquire an agency and/or a label, the band has to not only have great music but work hard and be marketable. The band wishes to tour as much as possible, this music is their passion and their lives. Due to their stature as a Christian band, the band also has several outlets for financial support which helps for basic needs, touring, and other necessities. The band also has access to their own printing press and has ALWAYS printed their own high quality merchandise. This saves a great deal of money. The band also has already made the appropriate connection with two graphic artists and a photographer. Considering the band’s location, Andrew Wade (one of the best studio engineers in the business right now) is only a drive away. No travel or lodging expenses would be needed to record. The band also has their own van and trailer a long with their own venue to host hometown shows and benefit shows for financial support. The band also averages 200-500 plays on their own without a label or booking agency to support via distribution, advertising, etc.

CLOSING

We are aware of what it takes to run a label or agency and we understand the amount of stress that is involved in the submissions you receive a long with the high volume of artists you have to maintain, the finances that go into them, and the other aspects of representing your artists and their products. From the bottom of our hearts we thank you for taking your precious time to look over our submission. We feel that we have what it takes and we are ready to join the ranks within the music industry, display our music for the masses worldwide, and earn the respect of our fans and peers. Thank you so much for your time and your contribution to music in itself. We appreciate it more than we can put into words.
