This duo of brothers, native to Bulgaria, are the second group we have featured courtesy of the RETRO STUDIO TEAM, based in Sofia. We already have MONDAY MORNING here on QUEEP. The RETRO crew have helped develop AIRBAGS sound, a sound that was already rich, but now with the addition of superb production, has become very well rounded off. So much so, that you wonder when and where these guys will hit, not if !!! They have quite a few standout tunes, and surely could make an impression across different parts of Europe, with the right promotion. Their melancholic songs of life and love are simple in nature, but full of life, and we couldnt wait to get them on the site. If you really had to stick this group in a catagory, you would have to say pop (tho this is a dis-service), or even commercial dance music, but their material has plenty of acoustic instrumentation involved too. They are most certainally commercially viable, and are another group that we have chose to repesent, not only because of the quality of their tunes, but because they have brought live instrumentation and electronic music together. We see this as the future for sure, so want to pick up on groups in particular that combine these infleunces in an original way, whilst remaining accessible to the general publics tastes.

We are RETRO - a team of Songwriters/Producers/Multi-instrumentalists based in Bulgaria & UK.
We have executed numerous projects in various areas of audio work - ranging from full production (including songwriting, arranging and mixing) of pop, R&B and rock songs; arrangements for a symphony orchestra; sound-design for video games; to music for websites, theatre plays, films, commercials, etc.
We have made songs for some of the biggest Bulgarian pop and rock stars, such as KariZma, Ostava, Irina Florin, Nina Nikolina, Rushi Vidinliev, etc.
One of our biggest successes is the realisation of one of our songs on the Spanish artist Abril's "Corazon" album released by Sony/BMG in 2005.
We were also the music arrangers for the first season of the Bulgarian version of "Dancing With The Stars" TV show in 2008.
We have also signed a 5-year contract with the publisher pigFACTORY USA ( http://www.pigfactory.com/ ) for a number of our songs.
In our studio we are able to record all kinds of instruments which we play ourselves, including drums, bass, electric and acoustic guitars, dobro and steel guitars, keyboards, etc.
