...'The way I see it' AJ's first mixtape/album that consists of 12 tracks & a drum and bass mix. Working with different artists on the project he tells stories that can be appreciated by many as he rhymes about topics that all can relate to; crime, war, relationships & politics to name a few. The mixtape is mainly hip hop but there are touches of dubstep, reggae and even indie. Rhyming with an easy listening flow the CD is an original creation inspired by every day life and experiences. Recorded at the AJ Entertainment studio the project is homegrown and a good representation of AJ as both an artist and a person. The Mixtape took a year of hard work and dedication but is finally ready for your listening pleasure.

Biography -
AJ started his musical career at the age of 15. Within a few years he was regularly travelling up and down the country playing at events in venues such as Brixton Academy, Stratford Rex, Bristol Academy, Brunel Rooms, Hastings Pier and Opera House. In 2004 aged 18 AJ travelled to Australia where he performed on radio shows and in clubs from Adelaide to Sydney. This was a turning point for him as an artist and from then he has never looked back. Continuing to work hard to grow the business as well as getting in the studio the next 5 years were spent working hard to perfect his music and to find new emerging talents to feature on his projects, the success of his first album proved immensely popular and only urged him to work even harder. Since then he has been working hard in the studio and performing at events all over the country, hosting and performing at many festivals and club nights. Other achievements have been winning the sharp shots competition, in which AJ recorded the soundtrack for 'Turning my life around' at Peter Gabriel's renowned 'Real World Studios'.The soundtrack 'Binge Britain' was recorded at was Real World Studios and the video animated by Aardman (creators of Wallace & Grommet).
AJ's most recent preoject 'LYRICOLOGIST' is due for release on 24th April.
'The project was inspired by our love of hip hop music from the 90’s. We wanted to ‘take it back to when Hip Hop had some real flavour’ and recreate the sound with our own vibe. On this journey we had the pleasure to work with the talents of all the featured artists (all Swindon based), to reproduce an organic sound whilst also being inspired by the producers and rappers of the 90’s. Over the course of the project we’ve developed individually and as a partnership, supporting each other through those times of creative block and pushing each other forward. It’s mad to think that the discussion and ideas we had in 2010 has evolved into this album. Thanks to everyone who is reading this and has supported the movement.'
