Instrumental Melodic Metal

Biography

My main influences are Black Sabbath, Iron Maiden, Metallica and Rush, and all of my music is primarily bass guitar/rhythm guitar oriented. I started playing guitar after hearing Ted Nugent's "Cat Scratch Fever" in the mid 70's at the age of 9. In the early 80's I was introduced to Iron Maiden, and I immediately changed my main instrument to Bass Guitar, as it was a highly challenging thing to me after hearing Steve Harris play. At this point, I began to pick up on a lot of the styles of other bass players, with my new love for bass, all the while learning foundational skills in rhythm guitar and drums. To this very day, almost 30 years later, I am unable to read music, but I'm creating my own music with various recording tools and software.
