Love it!.... The Indian flutes always put me in mind of the ancestors, so opening with the flute is so spiritual..... The song itself lends itself to singing along, or singing some harmony, which is a winner for me always!

I have been a professional musician for over 30 years. As such I have had to perform all styles of music in all types of settings. My heart, however, has always belonged to folk music and song writers. Traditionally, folk music carries a social, political, or spiritual message not usually found in contemporary music.
About 12 years ago I began an extensive study of Native American cultures, customs, philosophy and spirituality. Having grown up in Oklahoma, I was always fascinated by this culture. Sometimes the road we travel doesn't seem to make sense to us, but that strong urging inside pushes us on ever harder. This was the case with me, and I found myself becoming a great fan of traditional and contemporary Native American music.
