"About the Rhino..."

"Take one bunch of Smiths, Stones and Clash-obsessed teenagers, liberally sprinkle with the ramshackle genius of Pete Doherty, paste in the ska-punk musings of The Blizzards and wrap them in song titles such as ‘Arcadia’ and voila!- you’re left with Albyno Rhino, one of the finest raw talents for 2007. Look out for a debut EP in March." Steve Cummins (NME IRELAND)

"One of the finest raw talents for 2007" and "Definitely one's to watch", by HOTPRESS and NME Ireland.

Albyno Rhino formed in 2004. They are a 4 piece alternative band best described as Rock Indie/ska. They have played regular gigs in all the usual Dublin Venues and also in neighbouring counties. They released their debut single "Wasters in the End" to the masses in March 2007 which enjoyed extensive airplay on PhantomFM, Spin103.8FM and TodayFM. After a warm reception from the Irish media, they have since been cited as "One of the finest raw talents for 2007" and "Definitely one's to watch", by HOTPRESS and NME Ireland.

They signed to Top Dollar Artist Management in late 2006 and they have been the subject of A+R interest for some months now. The band are currently planning another single release for mid summer, and their debut E.P '3Cheers' is set for release shortly after.
