BRIEF RESUME ARTISTIC
ALEXANDER PIRAINO
(GUITARIST AND COMPOSER)
Piraino Alexander, born March 6, 1971 in Messina and resident in the Province of Bari since 1985, has achieved academic qualifications of modern music (Jazz, Rock and Pop) at the Conservatory "Niccolò Piccinni" of Bari. Winner of national competition organized by magazine "Guitars", "All in Good Music". Numerous artistic collaborations among which include:
Rock and Pop in the field has played among others with Ricky Portera (Lucio Dalla, Stadio), Nicola Cipriani (Paolo Meneguzzi), Mario Schilirò (Zucchero), Orazio Maugeri (De Gregori), Alberto Radius (Battisti, Formula 3), Lollipop. Included among others, in the traveling show "The night of the guitars" around Italy for over 10 years which involves the guitarists of Rock and Pop Italian singers. He was able to meet and collaborate in their own artistic path, also, with Fabio Mariani (Mina, Celentano, etc.) Renato Villari (Eugenio Finardi), as well as the Apulian comedian Uccio De Santis and with actress and writer Lorella Zanardo (The Body of Women).
Within the Jazz have been playing for over 8 years University Orchestra "Jazz Orchestra of the Polytechnic of Bari." He played, among others, with Davide Santorsola, Roberto Ottaviano, Andrea Vito Morra, Gianlivio Liberti, Mino Lacirignola, Dario Di Lecce, Fabio delle Foglie. He also had the opportunity to meet, playing together, Michele di Monte, Montrone Bruno, Giuseppe Bassi, Franco Cerri, Guido Di Leone. He also played songs of Maestro Antonio Zambrini. Currently performs regularly in concerts as a soloist, duo, trio, quartet and orchestra in both the Jazz in the field of Rock. It also carries out regular teaching instrument (guitar) modern.
