Feeling a bit camera shy
Bio
Alex, a 15 year old native of San Antonio Texas once said she was destined to sing! The burning desire was sparked at an early age as she expressed interest in vocal and piano training. Alex soon began to put on shows for anyone who would listen: family, neighbors and friends. She would demonstrate her vocal abilities by singing along to her favorite artist: Mariah Carey, Deborah Cox, Alicia Keys and Beyonce Knowles just to name a few.
By age 11, she began to establish a name for herself by entering school, city-wide and national showcases, local pageants, singing in her school choir as well as performing at various events throughout the city.
In addition to singing, Alex is budding songwriter.
"At my age it is difficult to write lyrics based on personal experiences alone. I try to take experience of others as well for inspiration Songwriting basically came natural with singing".
She also spends her spare time learning to produce tracks on her keyboard.
"My ultimate goal is not to only perform/sing but to write and compose as well"
At the ripe old age of 15, Alex is a force to be reckon with. She is positioning herself to be the next BIG THING!!!
