Bio

Alice Quint is a music producer, singer, songwriter and guitarist from Cali, Colombia, her music mixes elements from Alternative Rock, Grunge, New Wave and PowerPop.

She began her musical career at the age of 17, creating the alternative rock band Smoking Alice in 2007, with which she was included in the compilation “Compartiendo Territorios VI” made by the Secretary of Culture of Santiago de Cali, with two songs ” Loca “and” A shame. ” she also participated in several Rock festivals, such as the “Calibre Alternative  Festival, Mamut Rock Fest, among others. In 2012, she decide to continue as a solo artist, making her first music release “Make the change”, produced and remixed by herself. This includes the songs mentioned above and an instrumental song called “Country.”

The song “Loca” was included in the album “Discos Urbanos” made in Lima, Peru, in its 2013 edition. The Australian blog Be Noisey in the World, included Alice in the 12 best “Colombian bands you should listen to”.
