Bio
Alien Monster is a project by CJ. Writing and composing original music influenced by movies, TV, books and even cartoons.
CJ has an extensive musical background. From owning a record label, producing various styles of music, engineered numerous albums, demos and soundtracks, composing and performing original music. Working with independent film directors for soundtracks and incidental music/ noises, producing and directing a music variety show for public access TV station KMTV in Mt. View, CA and being the official photographer for the once popular San Jose band "Manchester School".
Now teaming up with Joseph, who is an accomplished studio and live drummer/ percussionist. Working with a Stan Getz production and a multitude of up and coming bands and musicians from the San Diego/ LA area and San Jose/ SF bay area. Joseph and CJ had collaborated in a prior band project called, 'Just for Now'. Releasing an EP, performing at several corporate and private functions and establishing a large fan base in the San Jose/ SF bay area and the Central Valley.
Rounding out this talented trio is Daniel, bringing a dynamic guitar that is influenced by Punk and Ska. Aside from lending his guitar and riffs to Alien Monster, he also has his own music project called, 'Daniel-son'. With this project, he displays his talents as a composer and as a guitarist.
