ALIGNS

ALIGNS is a group of musicians who perform the original material of Jacques Barbot. Their self-titled debut features nine songs; all were rehearsed and recorded in Jacques' bedroom with a simple digital interface, some microphones and a few amplifiers. ALIGNS will perform live this summer with Mark Bell on drums, Soshi Uchida on bass, and Jacques Barbot on guitar and vocals. Upcoming ALIGNS concerts will feature other musicians who have taken part in the recording process, as well as newcomers to the band. ALIGNS is a celebration of music, not necessarily a real band or one defined by traditional standards; it is simply a group of musicians who have come together to play the blues (or whatever you want to call it).
