Alina, a young singer from Burcht, has just released her first CD-single. Alina is born in Russia and donates a part of the profits of the sale of the CD-single to the cildren of Tsjernobyl.
Alina was born on 19 augus 1977 in Sint-Petersburg as Natalia Bachtina. As young girl she performed as dancer and was very interested in music. After her university she came to Belgium in 1999. A few years later she moved to Burcht. She evolved as a talented singer by participating different karaoke singing contests.
"Ian Ranmann asked me in 2004 to record a CD-single", tells Alina "About that time the VRT-programm Koppen showed the documentary The Tsjernobylheart. She decided to donate a part of the profits from her CD-single to the vzw "Vlamingen Helpen Tsjernobylkinderen". I hope that people react positively to this initiative" The single has two numbers: Run To Eternity and My Heart Beats. The CD can be ordered on Alina's website http://www.alina.be

Bio
Alina was born in St-Petersburg (Russia) on august 19th in 1977. Music and dance were a great passion scince childhood, for her. Since 1999 she lives in Belgium. Music has always been an important part in her life. As a little girl she performed as a dancer. Later during university she was a succesfull "sport aerobic" star. Scince May 2005 her musical career is definitely uprising. Beside the recording of 2 singles she aided several aid foundation, one in particular "Children Of Tsernobyl". Nowadays she is busy with several new songs.
