Alise Phoenix

Alise Phoenix, a 21-year-old singer/songwriter, has set her sights further than the average young artist. The young entrepreneur started out at the age of two creating her own tunes and melodies. At 14, she was the lead singer of a group entitled “Phoenix”. It consisted of her older sister and two older cousins. At 18 Alise found herself living in NYC working beside the multitalented Ryan Leslie. Alise spent a year living with Ryan where he served as her mentor and producer. She also worked as a demo singer for Mr. Leslie on tracks that eventually would become songs for such artists as Britney Spears, Sherri Dennis, etc. Eventually singing songs for other artist became a bore. Alise decided it was time to move back home to Boston to master her gift. Having a strange affinity for being unique set Alise outside the circle of producers she worked with for years. It was time to start from scratch! Now armed with a new understanding of the music business, as well as her strong determination to succeed, Alise set out on a mission to reconstruct her foundation and bring to life all of her dreams and aspirations. Alise earned the trust and respect of friend/manager Sean Collins. Collins was busy working with his other endeavors but he saw something special in Alise Phoenix. Through hard work and many sleepless nights, Alise, with Collins, forged ahead into owning her own independent record label in which she is co-CEO. In addition, she has negotiated herself into a cross marketing deal with a very successful company called iskin Inc. Expect to see the Phoenix and the iskin brands become a force to be reckoned with in this new year as the two entities become even more closely knit. Both Collins and Phoenix knew that the next step was finding a hot band that would compliment Alise’s unique style. A promising lead sent the two down to Orlando to scout out a band. After several auditions, they knew that they had found the perfect band to complete the dynamic. The newest accomplishment for this budding star, and now her band, is the music video for the song “Nevermind” which was independently shot. This track is the first single off her debut album “Seeing Sounds”. Alise and the band are currently working on her second album. She is also working on a bunch of other cool projects and ideas that will bring her closer to the masses in the New Year. 2006 will be the year that the Alise Phoenix name is heard throughout households worldwide. Alise holds fast that her main goal is to inform all women that they are virtuous and precious, and can do anything if they believe. So, stand back and watch as this Phoenix takes flight in ’06.
