Bio
Alkis Georgiou studied Piano and music Theory at the National Conservatory of Music - Athens Branch. He holds degrees in Information Technology & Computing, and Business Administration, and he specialised on Music Technology.
Alkis participated as a pianist at many concerts, and many of his orchestral compositions have been used to decorate festivals and fetes.
He composed and orchestrated the music used at the Elementary level teaching book published by Eliana Hdjioannou ‘Hilies Hares stou Sxoliou tis Giortes’, and he composed and orchestrated music for the pantomime ‘Sing a Song of Sixpence’ of Norman Robbins (1972).
Currently he leads a music group with a rich repertoire including Rock, Rock & Roll, Jazz, and New Age music.
