Bio
Allen Brown has spent the biggest part of his life playing a guitar and singing any and everywhere he could. Allen decided to journey from Gun Barrell City, Texas to Nashville, TN in 2005. Allen began playing writer's nights and took the stage at every joint around Tennessee before beginning his travels around the country playing bigger shows.
He recorded his first album, "Foolin' Myself" in 2006, which has songs from many seasoned writers such as Tommy Barnes (Indian Outlaw & My Love), Wild Bill Emerson (If Heaven Ain't Alot Like Dixie) & Chris Wallin (Love Me If You Can). He has opened for John Anderson, Marshall Tucker Band, Kevin Sharp and shared the stage with Tanya Tucker, Billy Dean, David Frizzell and many more. Allen Brown is currently in the studio working on his sophomore album, "Live Like Hank", with his label, VMR Productions.
People love Allen everywhere he goes. He has a charisma and energy on stage that grabs and holds the crowds attention. His band is full of seasoned musicians that have played with artists from Gene Watson to Pat Benatar. They possess the same great qualities as their front man, ALLEN BROWN.
