Bio

Born Allie Louise Shermetaro, the young songstress, quickly changed her name to a simpler “ID” --Allie Louise.

With a vocal texture and a natural correctness in technique, complimented by a knack for versatile performances, Allie’s musical inclinations lean toward the talents of Miranda Lambert, Martina McBride, Carrie Underwood and Reba—some of her favorites. The young, multi-talented teenage performer received encouragement all around to enter and compete in talent contests, sing at open mic nights, and perform as the lead vocal and play guitar in a youth band.  Her music interest quickly became a devotion.  Before she turned fifteen, Allie Louise had already made a name for herself as a sought-after music entertainer with mass appeal opening for bands playing at varied events and shows.  In 2013-14, Allie performed at more than 60 shows in Michigan, Ohio and Indiana setting the stage for the likes of Frankie Ballard, Justin Moore, David Shelby, Cole Swindell, Josh Turner and Austin Webb.  Solo or full band, the young performer “brings it home” with her inviting performances, reeling in Allie Louise believers young and old.

Bubbling with a youthful effervescence and a bold energy, Allie Louise sets the stage for a fresh performance with something a little bit different each and every time.  An old soul laced with a little bit of sass, her personality and talents have invited welcomed comparisons to that of Brenda Lee, Tanya Tucker and LeAnn Rimes, among others. A gal with a realistic view and loaded with moxie, Allie Louise prepares to walk in the footsteps of the women before her to lead the way as a role model.

Allie recorded her debut self-titled album at BlackBird Studios in Nashville alongside multi-Grammy award winning producer John “Yoshman” Jaszcz and Doug Kahan.  “I went up to Michigan to visit with Allie and she made such an immediate impression that I couldn’t wait to get back to the studio to capture her capability and sound,” Jaszcz introduced. “Take a good listen to this up-and-coming artist with an authentic, emotional sound.  You won’t be disappointed.  Better yet, catch one of her live performances and hold your hat; you’ll be blown away!”

“I loved being in the sound booth laying down the vocal track and then being able to personally add the harmonies and some guitar tracks.  I especially enjoyed just being involved; playing a role in working with the musicians on the arrangement and offering my input on the production of the final version.”

The young songwriter wrote or co-wrote all 10 of the tracks.  While she dedicates her attention to a strong lyric and storyline, her concentration embraces the composition "as a whole" with a solid accompaniment to back it up.  ALLIE LOUISE is a collection of tunes that successfully reinforces and translates her music philosophy.

Allie makes introductions official with her first radio release entitled “It’s Getting’ Old.”  The high-energy, up-tempo track is the ideal first single release as an ID to Allie’s confident, carefree and honest personality.  The song was written with Allie’s girlfriends in mind and reveals experiences and relationships with a “jerk” that becomes a habitual, unhealthy attraction. The track is packed with lyrics that females of all ages can relate to.  A perfect “women-stand-your-ground” anthem, the message is intended to empower women to be confident, trust her intuition, and walk away from relationships untrue. Featuring dance tunes and break-up ballads (such as the “Perfect Storm,” Gotta’ Have It” and “Never Say Goodbye”), ALLIE LOUISE canvasses a spectrum of emotions in “full color.”

My biggest hurdle (or my biggest advantage) without question is my age, but I focus very hard on being professional so that people take me seriously. But I’m realistic about the journey ahead of me and I am prepared to devote my time, thought, preparation and hard work to turn my music into my career. I’m also geared up with a good seatbelt for all the times I expect to hit road blocks and the up ‘n down roller coaster ride in the music industry!”

A vibrant entertainer with a voice that resonates with listeners of all ages, Allie Louise is in a class of her own with a passion to perform and a drive that reverberates from her very soul. From beginning to end, you’ll hear Allie’s heart and soul in every note.  Seriously!
