"4-Play Feature"

4Play (March 11, 2009)

Eight years ago on Fourth Street in Royal Oak, ALLiTiZ was in a basement learning and preparing for what he would be doing today. Just who is this guy and what was he scheming to do all those years ago? “ALLiTiZ is taking your music seriously and working as hard as you possibly can to complete your goal of becoming a successful artist,” the rapper states. “I am not my name until my name is me.”

Quietly from the wing, ALLiTiZ has been a student of the Detroit music scene since purchasing his first Street Lordz album earlier in his youth. Another of his biggest influences, Big Herk, recently contributed a track to the young rapper’s latest album, Get Broke. Along with Fat Ray, Big Herk throws down all over the track “Shut Up.” “You only want to work with people who work as hard as you do,” ALLiTiZ says.

Already back in the lab, the rapper is hard at work on his summer release, entitled Just Be Yourself, with 4th St. Records in-house producer TJ Mack. For more info, visit myspace.com/ALLiTiZ. On top of that, mention The Zone and he will personally send you a free CD. | RDW - Real Detroit

Bio

ALLiTiZ is rapper from the suburbs. Royal Oak, MI, to be exact. While he draws inspiration from many rappers, and all genres of music, his brand of tune is one of a kind. Since he speaks from the soul, and keeps it 100% real, he doesn't touch on things that most rappers do. You will never hear ALLiTiZ boast about drugs, guns, or obscene amounts of money he doesn't have. Instead, you will hear original song conepts from the a new generation of rapper. One who praises an everday, normal life, just like you, but touches on the intricate details that make it all interesting. If you are into moving, thought-provoking music, check out the future of rap...ALLiTiZ.
