Allstar Medicine Show

Allstar Medicine Show is a family band with their own brand of melodic, sometimes quirky, Country/Americana. Nancy and Bill join their daughter Jennifer onstage with each bringing a unique musical style and lyrical voice to create something new that breaks the mold. Bill and Nancy have both been involved in music since childhood, Bill focusing on guitar and Nancy on piano, singing, and writing songs. Jennifer grew up listening to her musician parents, two sisters who are talented singers, and a mother who is a gifted songwriter and singer herself. Jennifer has been composing her own music since childhood, often getting herself in trouble with music teachers for neglecting music practice in favor of making up her own compositions. 
The trio began working together around 2003 by using each other as a sounding board for original songs they were individually writing, and collaborating on arrangements. Jennifer and Nancy both had their individual catalog of songs, both experimenting in different genres and each with their own distinctive sound and style. Nancy was mainly composing in a Country format with a broad spectrum of influences , and Jennifer was writing songs experimenting in rock/pop, ambient, and R&B/neo soul. In 2006 Jennifer released a self titled, limited edition 5 song EP. But the group soon realized that together they had something special and began crafting and arranging songs that would work for them as a group. 
In 2012 they began performing under the name Allstar Medicine Show, and went back into the studio to begin work on a forthcoming album. The trio's sound has gone through an evolutionary process- finally settling into that sweet spot that feels timeless but at the same time sounds new and fresh. Allstar Medicine Show's first release, "Born to Sing" (an autobiographical song penned by Nancy), is the culmination of many years of working together cultivating and refining their sound- as they say "like a fine wine."
