"All Will Fall – Fist Full of Hope"

All Will Fall – Fist Full of Hope

Raw energy, not holding back when it comes to live gigs and views up into the hundreds of thousands on YouTube and MySpace are just a handful of ways to describe rock band All Will Fall.

Hailing from Bloemfontein, the band had its inception in 2006, immediately attracting fans with their ferocious energy on stage and honest lyrics, as well as pushing the envelope for their unique brand of screamo and vocals. Hit after hit emerged from their debut EP “Memories Fading” and fans singing along to the band’s songs at gigs was not at all uncommon.
Soon two music videos directed by Capetonian director Marnus Tredoux (www.youtube.com/allwillfallband) followed for the songs “Shadows” and “Disappearing Act”. The debut EP, Memories Fading, was also sold out and the band then released the album for free download with downloads from fans. The band also shared stages with bands such as The Narrow, Bloodline Ltd, Straatligkinders, Van Coke Kartel, Ef-El and has played amongst others gigs at Woodstock 2008, Lido Fest, Fracture Fest and Fury Fest.

Now, Ben du Plessis (rhythm guitar), Pedro Jardim (drummer), Craig Gloak (vocalist), Rico Ross (lead guitar) and Andrew Spencer (bassist) are back with a brand new album, Fist Full Of Hope, featuring amonst others an explosive hip hop meets rock collaboration, When The Best Collide, featuring Bloemfontein rap act Zoreel, as well as pumping tracks such as the anthemic Never back down, Red Eyes and Beside You.

A nationwide tour is on the cards for 2010, as well as new music videos to follow and more songs are already in the works for the next album.

What the band has achieved thus far is purely the result of hard work, dedication to the music and fans, and of course a good dose of true originality. This band does no try to emulate others – they are setting the bar for originality and doing a very good job of it.
