Bio
Ally Howatt is a small-town country girl from Caledonia, Ontario and is no stranger to the country music and rodeo circuit. The Ally Howatt Band has a catalog of cover songs that every crowd loves to sing along to, but the greatest achievement of the band to date is the 2008 release of Ally’s CD “Ride of your Life.” The album is filled with songs written by Ally based on all of the ups and downs of small town, country life.
Ally’s grassroots songs, her love of country music and her growing fan base make her and her band an asset to any venue. Ally’s experience of entertaining diverse crowds and her repertoire full of boot stompin’ country tunes would bring any fan to life and onto the dance floor.
Over the past two years, the Ally Howatt Band has developed into a recognizable country brand at the Fergus Truck Show, Stirling Truck Show and many Country 95.3 fundraising events. The band presents a wide variety of tunes and showcase incredible harmonies that bring their songs to life. Ally's song “Matter of Time” was released to country radio in the fall of 2008 and her fan support has been growing ever since.
The Ally Howatt band is always entertaining between the onstage band banter, crowd pleasing repetoire, dynamic vocal abilities and audience interaction. A sure hit at every country party.
