"If you've never been to the Scrap Bar on 71st St, you should check it out. Besides boasting Miami Beach's Best Smokehouse Style BBQ, There's some incredible local talent here Thurs-Sat nights. On a recent visit I checked out a band-"Almost Blue." The lead singer amy Arlo blew me away. She's a modern day Janis Joplin with an intense emotionality to her voice that could make you break down & cry. The whole band was excellent and the best thing about this group is their hip arrangements of rock tunes, soulful blues and music that comes across from an era we all miss. - Miami New Times
