ALPHA ZENTRADI

ALPHA ZENTRADI

BandRockAlternative

Mix up pounding drums with eerie guitar distortion. Weave in some occasional spoken word poetry. Fuse Tool prog with Yes like transitions and spacey interludes. Add a hint of grandiose psychedelica and a pinch of metal potpourri and you've got it.

Biography

ALPHA ZENTRADI is about fresh sounds. It can conjure up memories of old school rock of the 70's, but it puts a refreshing new spin on the musical styles of today. It's ambient, hard rock and psychedelic woven into something unique and all it's own. It's different with a hint of familiarity. You just have to hear it, more like "experience it", for yourself.
The five young men cram 100 lbs. of raw energy into a 10 lb. time slot at every live show. The sound is huge, and they leave a club and it's patrons with a great feel of one of today's up and coming bands. People are left scratching their heads wondering how to label the music they just heard at the same time longing to hear more.

Postmeridianisticalrapideyemovement

I’m gathering my thoughts, I’m filtering the news
I’m breaking down what’s right and wrong to see what I can use.
I’m contemplating life and using what I can.
Realizing I may never have what it takes to be a man.
I’m using everything, stretching my neck out,
Hold your sword steady it’s not quite time now.

Everywhere I look every stone I turn every tongue that speaks every bridge I burn
Tells me where to tread.

Careful with the poison and the demons in my head

Knowing, feeling, and being alright
But no on ever makes it out alive

Now that I have my bruises to heal and wounds to mend
I feel the start of a new trend

On the cliff I lurk wanting only to soar, to fly
I hope the angels catch my wings so I never… die

For weak is the one who has never tried at all
And strong is the man who tries but falls.

the arrival
Lyrics:kyle mckee

Be careful the legacy you leave, for there may be a man to follow,
Beware the company you keep and all the pollution you may swallow!
Take who I am and turn me upside down, would we know more if we were inside out?

You can’t live wrong and die right! If you keep running eventually you’re out of sight.
Tell your mother that you were wrong, you can’t die right and expect to live damn wrong.
You can’t live wrong and die right, the faster you go you’ll never get it right
So tell your momma that you won’t be home,
You can’t die right and expect to live so damn wrong!

The feed in the trough always tempts and the pigs will finish in their disguise.
How do we change this world all around, introspection with no compromise!
Take who I am and turn me upside down would we know more if we were inside out?

You can’t live wrong and die right! If you keep running eventually you’re out of sight.
Tell your mother that you were wrong, you can’t die right and expect to live damn wrong.
You can’t live wrong and die right, the faster you go you’ll never get it right
So tell your momma that you won’t be home,
You can’t die right and expect to live so damn wrong!

Now that you’re here, how do you feel?
What did you expect… and what do you think now?

Flood Plains [of the Midwest]

Written By: Kyle McKee

Now wash yourself and your dirty bones!

The rain, is blocking the day, and bringing the flood, that sweeps us away.

When you weren’t looking someone pulled the world over your eyes,
Stockpile your books if the winds of change bring clouds
There’s not enough faith to keep reality now!

The rain, is blocking the day, and bringing the flood, that sweeps us away.
The rain is blocking our way, bringing the flood that blocks out the day!

Darkness descends on an ignorant mind
Rain only comes to unknowing, unwise,
Gepedo sits as dry as can be,
It’s not his war or problem to be!

The rain, is blocking the day, and bringing the flood, that sweeps us away.
The rain is blocking our way, bringing the flood that blocks out the day!
The rain, is blocking the day, and bringing the flood, that sweeps us away.
The rain is blocking our way, bringing the flood that blocks out the day!
