My song Bring You Back Again was played on Radio 210 FM after I sent it to presenter Graham Torrington who described it as a beautiful song. Alphonso is a highly talented songwriter living in the inspirational countryside of Wiltshire, UK in a small town called Calne. His writing style is very expressive and thoughtful with strong melodies that always evokes extremely positive feedback from his listeners. His writing style is influenced by the likes of greats such as Luther Vandross, Stevie Wonder, Randy Crawford, Nina Simone, Cole Porter and John Legend.
Alphonso is a multi instrumentalist and as such is highly proficient on the piano, guitar and bass and has over 20 years experience of playing pop, rock soul and classical music. His musical career is now focused on writing fantastic songs through working with a wide range of talented vocalists. His collaboration style is highly flexible and he is able to bring out the best in a singer by writing a song that matches the range and abilities of the vocalist, writing to a specific theme or reworking a tired song.
