Discography

Altered Ending : ALTERED ENDING, self titled debut EP released in 2004. The demo featured the single "Overflow" which quickly conquered area CMJ charts, and developed the act's draw almost overnight.

Altered Ending : WAITING AND WANTING. This 4 song EP was released in 2005 and featured the power ballad "Waiting and Wanting". The single quickly reaffirmed the bands grip on the N.E. Ohio circuit and was downloaded on myspace 3,000 times in the course of 6 months.

Altered Ending : MONSTER. This is the act's first full length release and is slated for release to the public on August 11th, 2007. The album features the focus tracks "King of Impolite" - licensed to Society's Fallout's films for their upcomming release "FREE TIME 2", and the track "Promises Promises", currently being shopped to Michael Moore for a licensing opportunity in his newest release due out this winter. The album has been pre-released to media outlets and is quickly gaining industry momentum. So much so in fact, that it has afforded the act the opportunity to explore further engagements such as touring options, and numerous endorsement opportunities. Most notably with Picks and Stones (www.picksandstones.com) and HIRO Energy drink, as well as Halo Guitars and Guitar Center.

Bio

...Altered Ending is a complete retail ready commercial metal project. Hailing from, and claiming Canal Fulton, Ohio as home. The act is designed to cater to heavy metal and alternative hard rock fans alike. The act has focused it's creative energy on writing commercially accessible material, and showcasing it in what has been a critically acclaimed high energy live show. The band is comprised of 4 image conscious showmen, that redefine the era of the rockstar.
Drawing inspiration from acts such as Sevendust and Magni-fi, and combining those creative outlets with influences such as Prince and Eminem.
While the act stands apart in the showmanship and songwriting departments - one of it's engaging qualities that seperate Altered Ending from genre related artists is a key rythmic ability to substanciate vocal melodies in dynamic hip hop patterns.
Another focal point of the act is a marquee player in young Clevelander, and two time Emergenza 'Best guitarist in region' winner - Cody Gregis.
Cody is reminiscent of skill players such as Zakk Wylde and Neil Zaza, and is ripe with maturity at the young age of 21. As well, Cody continues to astonish music critics and media nationwide with his signature techniques - which have quickly garnished industry attention and endorsement opportunities.
While many acts in todays commercial metal market rely on rythm sections for double kick, and fast attack - Altered Ending leans on Bryan King (drums) and Craig Farhney (bass) for intricate counter rythm's, as well as smooth 3rd and 5th transitional bass lines.
Combined, the four piece has been able to create a marketable product in their material, and have finely tuned their live show and image to please every heavy metal fan in the market today.
The act has released 3 Demo EP's in the N.E. Ohio market, having sold over 2,000 copies combined in an 18 month window - and is currently in post production on it's first full length release "MONSTER" recorded at Sir Zuesor studio's in Stow, Ohio. The album is being produced by regionally acclaimed producer Chris Pankuch (Far from Drama; Billy Morris; CJ Szueter) and is engineered by Anthony Roland of SAR Records (Locust Grove; Three; Full Motion Animation).
Run one (1000 copies) of the bands independent release is expected to sell out to their consistent draw in the N.E. Ohio region in 14 days.
The focus track "King of Impolite" has been licensed in a pre-release move to garner attention to Society's Fallout's films for this Fall's movie release "Free Time" (see www.myspace.com/societysfallouts for futher info)
Altered Ending currently limit's their public appearance schedule to ten show's per month and can be seen touring the Indianna/Michigan/New Jersey/Cleveland/New York/ and Rhode Island circuit.
