Hailing from the Washington/Dodge county area of central wisconsin the band has built a loyal fan base thats follows them wherever they play in the southeastern part of the state, combining 5 guy's with vast musical backgrounds, everything from classic rock, blues & hard rock all the way to Heavy Metal backgrounds gives Altered State extreme versatility to play any song their fans request, from12 string ballads to "in your face" rock, influences range from Judas Priest, Dokken & Van Halen to Nickleback, Queensryche & AC/DC The band also taylors its playlist to cater to the event, no matter how young or old !!
