"If we gave you a single match, what would tommorow bring?" "Our music is the striking pad for your curiosity. As we mold together different strains of rock, we hope to open minds to our music and our beliefs." With the emense guitar riffs, epic vocal melodies, hard-hitting drums and heart pounding bass of A Match for the Curious, their name will soon be burned into your mind. Steve and Brandon have been playing together for 10 years (under the guise of different names) and have done countless shows across the GTA, sharing the stage with: Bif Naked, Ill Scarlett, Social Code, The End, and Keepin6.
Now, since "A Match For The Curious" is a new band for all of them, they hope to demolish and conquer the new rock scene. Their first show together was the Vans Warped Tour (Aug), the second show was a Battle Of The Bands @ Downsview Park during Driftmania where they took first place and won $1000 plus recording time at a well known studio in Toronto. The third show was a sold out venue called The Metal Bar, and on September 15th 2007 they will be playing a charity event for a child with cerebral palsy and scoliosis. After the charity show, they will be recording their first demo (finished for the end of October)."So, we leave you with the match. Where will your curiousity lead you?"
