So Small - This is a real fun track reminding me of the film 'Ten things I hate about you' . If you play this at your party people will start dancing, cause they have to. Have yourself placed in the next teenie film, were the happyend is program. It's powerful, fun and one hell of a good recording. Listen to this track it's well worth your time. - Frederick Lange

"Make A Star"

“These Games” has a very catchy melody and simple lyrics. The lyric is light and fun. Everything sings well. The track feels good and everything is well recorded with a good mix. This is a very strong performance. Marketability is high. Amber has a strong, sweet image. She can really sing and has a real talent for song writing. Any A&R persons dream!!!! I’m very impressed with this young artist. Her song writing skills are way beyond her years, she has a good demo and a commercial voice. - Make A Star

"Emergenza Finals"

Atlanta closed out its Emergenza Season on a high note at one of Atlanta’s top venues, Center Stage. The final was amazing. The judges said, “The talent at this year’s Atlanta final blew last year’s out of the water.” With a diverse line-up and extreme talent this event is going to be hard to beat!
Amber Brooke Band took the stage and defined great presence as they jumped around and seemed to really be having a great time. Amber won the prize for best vocalist of the evening, and she truly deserved it. The audience raged as Amber Brooke’s band took second place at the Atlanta final. With strong lead vocals, hard-core guitar rippin’ and an excellent rhythm section Amber Brooke Band is one to keep you eyes peeled for. - Emergenza

"Bodog Battle of the Bands"

AMBER BROOKE BAND joined the line-up next bringing with them a powerful female lead vocalist. They were a tight band with dynamic stage presence and original material. Already very radio friendly they made a strong bid to advance as the night continued to roll out some extremely talented bands.

Bio

The Amber Brooke Band consists of five young rockers with a strong following in the southeast region. The group delivers its own brand of high-energy performance with solid vocals.

Four songs from "Don't Label Me" and one from "Destructive Behavior" were just featured on the ABC Family movie "The Initiation of Sarah". The lead singer played the role of Vita.

The band released their first full length CD entitled “Don’t Label Me” in June 2002 to rave reviews. Out of over 10,000 CDs submitted from all over the world, their album placed 3rd for the Alternative Album of the Year in the Just Plain Folks Music Awards with 4 of the songs being nominated for Song of the Year. As a performer, Amber Brooke, 19, already has an impressive resume that includes appearances in movies, television, voice-overs and theatre. Now she has set her sights on the music business. One of her first songs, “Michelle’s Song” shows the true depth of Amber’s talent. After the death of her best friend’s father, Amber takes an introspective look at the emotional turmoil people go through with the death of a close loved one, and explores the questions one must answer to begin the healing process. The background vocals are all friends of Michelle and she voices the closing line. The song won the MakeAStar.com contest and is currently on their first compilation CD. Impressive considering Amber was only 14 !
