Amber Maya is a Barbadian-New Zealander Singer and Solo Artist based in Auckland. She is a Neo-Soul & Electronic artist with influences like Lauryn Hill, Erykah Badu, Amy Winehouse and FKA Twigs.
Her discography traces clearly her growth from the acoustic beginnings on an indie Singer-Songwriter, with her debut EP Fly By Night, to her evolution as an artist fusing both Neo-Soul and Electronic influences.
She has been featured on Radio New Zealand's Music 101, Flying Out 'The Others Way', the audience NZ, 95 b FM, RadioActive FM, STOCK Mag, 246 Mixtapes and a host of other Indie platforms in New Zealand and abroad. She has an infectious and enamoring stage presence, which she will be taking with her on her debut European tour in the coming months.
