My music is very much contemporary, often holding a twist of something unique. Being a solo artist and songwriter, I want to create something that can capture the audience a way a song should, holding something touching and meaningful. I have many songs that have been recorded, and many more that are currently in working progress. Since the age of 8 I started having professional vocal tuition, to strengthen my voice and range. Having sung throughout my childhood I knew that it was my vocation to succeed as a professional singer. From the age of 13 I started writing my own songs and taught myself the keyboard, finding basic chords that worked well together to create my music. I have been writing my own songs for around 4 years now, with each song progressing as my experience and knowledge grows. I am highly influenced by artists such as Rihanna, Frank Ocean and Beyonce. Frank Ocean being very inspirational with his choice of melody lines and chords, creating something very unique. I want my music to be heard as much as is humanly possible, with the hope of someone giving me the chance to succeed in this ever changing business. I have taken part in numerous gigs, charity shows, events, and have recently become the lead singer of a band 'Funky Raisin,' giving me even more experience in the field of music.
