Born in Bermuda, and raised in the United States, Sar Amiel is blessed with a unique perception regarding the state of the world and his role in it. As a child, Amiel was encouraged by his grandmother to pursue his musical interests. What began as a hobby eventually led to a career…
Amiel signed with Mercury Records in the 70’s and had a hit song in England, “Thanks to You.” He toured with such acts as Sly and The Family Stone, Frankie Beverly and Maze, The Spinners, The Chi-Lites, Rufas and Chaka Khan, and New Birth. He has opened up concerts for Third World, Najee, Alex Bugnon, Steel Pulse, Harold Melvin and The Blue Notes, and he is formerly of The Manhattans.

Disillusioned by the perversion of the music industry, the eighties found Amiel considering a new life direction, a spiritual direction that changed the course of his life; the stance of world peace, holistic health, family structure and the Hebraic culture appealed to him.
Sar Amiel currently resides in the Los Angeles area where he presides over the Los Angeles extension of the KOY. He is regularly invited to speak regarding the benefits of holistic health, life skills management, effects of sound, righteous leadership, sound relationships and a myriad of topics regarding the advancements of the KOY.
Not forgetting his musical roots, Amiel developed a record label, Positive Music Works, which is dedicated to manufacturing and distributing positive music throughout the world. This prolific producer is an electric performer in his own right. His solo album PUSH ON features Grammy Award winning artist India.Arie on several tracks. Their duet Under Israel Skies is being released this coming season.
