Having lived in NYC's East Village for the past decade has nurtured Amity's artistic soul. Both a visual and musical artist, Amity strives to express her hopeless realism through undeniable lyrics that aim to "keep it real". By setting bittersweet lyrics to groovy, upbeat music, she transforms the typical ballad into a sexy and revealing pop narrative. Amity has worked with the likes of John Robie, the mind behind Afrika Bambaataa and "Planet Rock", and Derek Pacuk (Engineer, Mark Ronson's Here Comes the Fuzz).
