Amongst The Forgotten

Formed in early 2010, Amongst The Forgotten have quickly become one of the hardest working bands on the local circuit. With several combined years of stage and recording experience, the members of ATF were eager to lay down a steady schedule of writing and rehearsing. Influenced by many acts such as Metallica, Lamb of God, Cannibal Corpse and Unearth, ATF has created a unique blend of various metal subgenres. After several months of seclusion, they were ready to show what they had to offer. The summer of 2010 brought ATF to several different venues such as The El Mocambo and The Opera House. Between playing shows and having a heavy practice schedule, it was time for ATF’s first release. With the help of James McBride, ATF recorded a self-titled 3 song EP. Hitting the FM radio several times and being sold by several local establishments, the release has had a solid start. In hopes of a second release in the fall of 2011 and numerous shows in the works, the band is ready to embark on whatever is thrown their way. Pushing forward, they will continue to create metal from the deepest regions with aggression, passion, inspiration, and full on drive to grind the heaviest, most mind punching music they can create and deliver it to the furthest reaches of metal culture!
