"AmpHead's about to break out the locket! " AmpHead is a explosive adventure! A journey to another world beyond the box. Our music is the combination of four youngsters who want nothing more then to show the world the music , art, and the ambiance we can create. We are the freak mixture of Funk, Metal, Hip Hop, Trance, Punk, and Prog or in short FunkaMetalHop! We always give the crowd a great fun show and we put out far more then a 100% of our energy into it. Michael, Ike, Gustavo, and Anthony. Four best friends who grew up together playing hide and go seek in the dark, Pokemon card games, and now in a band together. We never thought that by the time we reached this age, we would be in a band creating music. We grew up together and we as a whole are continuing to grow together. Each of us are influenced by different things. Joe Satriani, Steve Vai, Trivium, Cold play, The Endless Sporadic, T.I, Tupac, Outkast, Cary brothers, The Ohio players, John Mayer, Lights, 2NE1, Kara, Brown eyes girls, Nelly, Kiss, AC/DC, Killswitch engage, soil work, Children of bodum, New kids on the block, Nujabes, Our families, friends, and the list goes on and on. We ourselves can't say what sets us apart from other bands, only those who see us preform and listen to our music can judge that. Although we can say that we feel our music can start a whole new revolution. We all feel that we are something different and special in this world. This is how we show it. Off stage we're just a bunch of guys who play guitar, drums, and bass, but on stage we become larger then life. We become the super heros we always wanted to be as a child. Music has the power to change the world and we hope to be apart of that.
