Amr.it

Amr.it (aka Amrit) is a DJ and promoter based out of Dubai, UAE. Known in underground circles for his marathon 12 hour sets and after hours prowess – he plays bass heavy, coma inducing tech house with minimal elements and an amalgamation of various tech and minimal styles.

Starting his career in 2009 as a DJ in Ottawa, Canada in the underground tech house scene, Amr.it made a name for himself rocking dance floors t and “dropping bombs” for ravers well into the early morning. He has shared the stage with well known Ottawa legends such as Shalabeats and Montreal tech guru Aiiger and continues to evolve a unique voice in electronic music with his complexity and depth.

Since October 2017, he has been focusing on his music production and has already has releases on the biggest labels in the world, including: Innocent Music, Tres14, Datagroove, Samani, Platform 7even, Oblack, Substrate, and more. His productions embody his own unique Deep-Tech sound with groovy bass-lines and rare samples that have resulted in multiple chartings on Beatport, and with EP/remix requests coming from well-known labels.
