Inspired by Motown grooves, gospel harmonies and traditional rhythm and blues, Amy & Ray combine the sounds of the past and present in a testament to the here and now that is both original and deliciously entertaining. Exploding on the scene of their native Albuquerque, New Mexico club circuit, their plans on taking that success one fan at a time to the Northeast are well on their way to being realized. Having already perfected her craft singing in Las Vegas and New York City and with her band Amy's Dream, Faithe has returned to her roots bringing a fresh new sound to the international music scene. Working his mastery of the guitar and vocals with Amy in what some have called, "a musical match made in heaven" and owing his influences to Texas Blues, Soul, and Jazz fusion, Ray Macias has performed with the likes of the Josh Dion Band and the John Pousette-Dart Band and as guitarist/vocalist for Brookline Falls in New York City and Boston. With their combined experience, songwriting and performing talents and confidence, this soulful duet of Amy & Ray have the power to captivate your senses and take you on a musical journey through breathtaking harmonies and a down-home style that will touch deep into your soul the way music was meant to be.
