Bio

Born on a farm outside of Hamilton, Ontario, Amy was destined to be a country singer.  At the age of 3, Amy gave her first performance and belted out a version of Rhinestone Cowboy.  By age 7 Amy was on stage.  Her first musical influences included Tanya Tucker, and Loretta Lynn along with Don Williams, and Glen Campbell. Amy continued to sing spending hours enjoying the musical routines of: couch concerts; fire pit performances; and picnic parties.

Amy has performed at local charity shows including the Canadian Country Music Co-op which spotlighted various local musicians on 820 Cham, at the time, Canadas most-listened to country radio station. During her teens, Amy competed in several competitions including the Canadian Open Country Singing Contest, Ontario Open Country Singing Contest, and the Canadian National Exhibition Rising Star competition.  Amy continued to develop her vocal technique for the duration of her high school years.

After completing two college diplomas, Amy expanded her musical talents with the release of her childrens CD entitled Rainbows and Popsicles.  The success of that first project sparked province wide attention.

Amy is no stranger to the stage.  Her confident charisma is well complimented by her gutsy vocal sound.  Amy has shared the stage with some of Canadas finest artists including; Jim Witter, Beverly Mahood, Charlie Major, Jeff Healy, Shane Chisholm and Marshall Dane.  Amys vocal abilities have allowed her to open for Kenny Rogers, and tour with Ronnie Hawkins, just to name a few.  Amy prides herself on giving back, accepting the privilege of performing at many charitable events including Ontarios Rodeo Circuits all across the province.

Currently, Amy is working in the studio on her first country album, and promoting her debut single You, Love, a song she co-wrote in Nashville with Beau Fuller.   Her powerful vocals and captivating stage presence keep fans entertained and coming back for more.
