we are an indie folk rock band.. the songs are what sets us apart. the lyrics are intimate and original, and amy lennard has a natural, unique and soulful voice that makes this music quite distinctive. Amy was born in Long Island, started playing guitar when she was nine,and wrote her first song at twenty, as a wedding gift to friends. she worked on an organic farm, studied massage and would play music long into the night around campfires with other local musicians, hence the organic 'green' vibe to her music. She moved back to NYC eventually though, fell in love with the city and started to use its great resources to hone the craft of singing and songwriting- got on the open mike circuit, found a band of other soulful musicians, and started to get gigs in the city, develop a following and create her first recording: the'amylennard ep' -- Amys last album " I need love" has received great reviews which you will find here in the press section of sonic bids. She is currently recording her second album with Peter Bliss in NYC. "Be on the look out for this rising star. "
