ANAL06UE. (pronounced "analog") possess a unique & trans-generational style: bringing their audiences straight-ahead Rock and Roll. They've been referred to as The Power Trio of the 21st Century. Its a new form of rock music; coming through a mysteriously simplistic package: all sounds are made by guitar, drums, vocals & the occasional synthesizer. Virtually phenomenal, this Brooklyn trio possess the power of a large ensemble.
Formed by the vocals, guitar and drums of il Papas, ANAL06UE. bring an intelligent and aggressive rock attack. They're members of First Act Guitars' "Emerging Artist Program," and have been featured on CMJ & College Radio stations all across the country such as & Colby College's 89.7 FM (WHMB) Emerson College's widely-heralded WERS 88.9 FM (as well as being the only band selected to play their 2008 Online Radio Awards) as well as 500 other CMJ Stations.
ANAL06UE. were also the winners of The Music City Beat Int'l Songwriting Competition for their song "It's Like Sitting (Drunk With a Gun)."
They've played at locations all across the country, such as Boston's legendary Paradise Rock Club (Boston, MA), The Grog Shop (Cleveland, OH), Nectar's (Burlington, VT), Arlene's Grocery & Sullivan Hall (New York, NY), Grape Street (Philadelphia, PA), and The Berkeley Front (Detroit, MI), analogue. are making a national impact. They've also performed at colleges such as the Berklee College of Music, University of Vermont, The Ohio State University, Tufts University, Emerson College and Ohio University.
ANAL06UE. have shared the stage with Bobby Previte, Skerik, the virtuosic Charlie Hunter, Robert Walter, The Codetalkers (feat. Bobby Lee Rodgers), The Breakfast, Kidnapkin, as well as many others. Charlie Hunter called the band "ferocious rock and roll."
"The goal is to constantly surprise one another," says guitarist/songwriter Brian Cherchiglia. "We challenge each other to remain creative, and because of that we're having a blast. This is rock and roll, and we love rock and roll."
