Cindy Anderson's powerful and plaintive vocals will take you on a bruising and sometimes hopeful journey through the highs and lows of relationships. With influences like Janis Joplin, Melissa Etheridge and Stevie Nicks, she writes with meaning -- sometimes painful, sometimes fun . . . but always real. Her award-winning songwriting (2007 Great Lakes Songwriting Contest) and driving keyboards complete the total package.

Guitarist Leif Anderson is a blues-based rocker who brings his tastes, tone and influences to AV’s music, including Stevie Ray Vaughn, Aerosmith and Joe Bonamassa. Leif's guitar solos tastefully compliment and reflect the mood of the songs, and he is truly ready to rock ANYTIME!

Bassist Gregg Valley draws on a childhood legacy of 60's AM hit radio, the LA punk scene, prog-rock, and garage rock in the tradition of Little Steven's Underground Garage (even though AV’s music ISN'T like ANY of them). "We all bring our musical past with us and we incorporate it in the band in very subtle measures.” Gregg's intricate bass lines and backing vocals have been instrumental in the band's songwriting.

Drummer, Dave Anderson (a/k/a Animal), brings his own brand of refreshing originality to the band. A songwriter in his own right, he contributes to the creation process as well as the rhythm of AV. His influences include: Foofighters, Incubus, Paramore, Black Keys, Kings of Leon, Pearl Jam and Smashing Pumpkins.
