Hundreds of thousands of fans have subscribed to Andie Case’s YouTube channel to hear her take on songs by everyone from One Direction to Shakira. Now, the singer/songwriter is premiering an unlikely artist mashup on Billboard: Taylor Swift and Bob Dylan.
The must-see video, which was filmed in a moving car, features Case multitasking as she drives and lends her vocals to “Wildest Dreams” by Swift and “Knockin’ on Heaven’s Door” by Dylan. The video also features her bandmates jamming out in the passenger seats as they play along to the acoustic cover. - Billboard

"Six YouTube Stars Speak Out About Being Cyberbullied"

As we near the end of October, we’re also closing “National Bullying Prevention Month.” Here at Teen Vogue, we’ve written extensively on the topic, from personal essays to advice on coping. But most recently, the stars of ‘Girls Night In,’ a tour comprised of six female YouTubers (including Eva Gutowski, Meredith Foster, Alisha Marie, Sierra Furtado, Mia Stammer, and Andie Case) stopped by our offices to get real on the topic.

If you follow these beautiful girls on social media, you’d probably think their lives were comprised of lights and cameras, glamour and cool clothes. But there’s a dark side to having such a visible presence on the internet: It can leave you susceptible to a whole lot of unwanted — and totally undeserved — hatred.

In the video here, the girls open up about what it’s like to be cyberbullied and how they help each other in times of need. Feel free to share it with a friend who may be going through something similar. - Teen Vogue

"Rising to social stardom with Andie Case"

Growing up as the middle child with seven siblings Andie Case struggled to figure out her place. Turning to music as a sense of comfort she started small -- singing around the house and in her room. After reactions to her performance at a school talent show, she realized she truly had a talent worth pursing at a higher level. Andie's YouTube channel has skyrocketed her singing career in one short year -- so much so she just quit her job as a barista.

In the midst of it all, AOL.com editors caught up with her at this year's VidCon in Anaheim, California. An event loaded with social creators who get together to celebrate the power of online video. She discussed her upcoming projects, her love for social media and her supportive fans. - AOL

"Andie Case - Coming Around Review"

Pop can be a dirty word. Especially when it initially originates from YouTube and covers and what not. But to levy that against Seattle’s Andie Case – who already comes armed with quite a following – would be doing her a disservice. Sure there’s no reinvention of the wheel on Coming Around, but everything is done so immaculately and in such an endearing way that Case will have you hooked well before the chorus hits. And boy, what a chorus it is – stay tuned for that and that massive vocal run at the end, then come back to us with your charges against simple, straightforward and powerful pop. - Press Play OK

"YouTube star Andie Case talks empowering music, 'Girls Night In' tour and amazing fans"

With YouTube evolving as a social media platform for aspiring musicians, artists are garnering millions of subscribers and, in turn, die-hard fans through the Internet. One such musician, Seattle's rising singer/songwriter Andie Case, has caught the eyes and ears of millions with her popular YouTube videos and charting iTunes releases. Andie launched her YouTube channel with her bandmates by covering Katy Perry's "Roar." The video's success led to Andie's first original song release, "I'll Have You," which received 2.5 million views.
Aside from having perhaps the best voice we've ever heard (seriously the girl can SING!), what makes Andie so special is her desire to empower her young fans with music. In 2014, Andie's car cover mash-up of Rixton's "Me and My Broken Heart" and Rob Thomas' "Lonely No More" went viral with over 21 million views. After making headlines and receiving acclaim for the mash-up, she was able to use her growing influence to put out original songs that inspire people to seek adventure, trust themselves and never let anyone make them feel insignificant. Now, the YouTube sensation is putting faces to usernames with a national tour.
Together with lifestyle, fashion and DIY vloggers (video bloggers) Eva Gutowski, Meredith Foster, Alisha Marie, Mia Stammer and Sierra Furtado, Andie is taking to stages throughout the country for Fullscreen Live's "Girls Night In." Together, the young women showcase their talents while proving that being yourself is so much better than aspiring to unrealistic ideals. The tour enables Andie and the gang to come face-to-face with their beloved fans for a fun scripted show interspersed with games, sketches, contests, musical performances, DIY and more. - AOL

Bio

Singer and songwriter Andie Case is a loud & unforgiving talent whose music showcases the heart and life of a not so ordinary girl. Case was born in Eugene, Oregon on June 12th 1992. Her father worked in construction and her mother was a stay at home mom of 7 children.

Case was raised in a very conservative & controlled environment, which seemed to only add to Case’s rebellious attitude. Constantly fighting for a voice of her own Case found herself in and out of trouble; until finally being expelled from her high school.

At the age of 18 Case left home & moved to Los Angeles where she was living out of her 93’ Pontiac Bonneville in high hopes to pursue her career in the music industry. It was then that Case met singer/songwriter Ajay Marshall who took Case under his wing and brought her into the studio to record for the very first time. Case and Marshall worked together for the next couple years honing in on Case’s skills as a singer and a songwriter.

After releasing an acoustic demo online and playing a few local shows, Case decided that she wanted to reach an even bigger audience to drive to her original music by posting cover videos online.

Today, Case has grown her audience to 1.1 million subscribers on her YouTube channel with over 140 million views, 1.3 million followers on Facebook and had her cover of Jason Derulo’s “Want To Want Me” chart on the iTunes Top 100 in the U.S, U.K & Australia. In April, 2016 Andie released her debut single “Coming Around” to high praise.

Andie aims to connect with her fans through songs with catchy hooks and a message of empowerment, love, loss and everything that comes with finding one’s self.
