What I Don't See in Her

Written By: Andre Pratt

She says I have a lot to offer a woman,
And that she sees in me potential to do great things.
Well I tell her, I’m just a poor country boy from East Tennessee,
Don’t know what she sees in me, but I know what I don’t see in her.

Chorus: When I look in her dark, brown eyes I don’t see another.
When I kiss her sweet lips, I don’t see any pain.
And when I hold her in my arms I don’t see me ever letting go,
Don’t know what she sees in me, but I know what I don’t see in her.

I’m used to hearing lies and seeing my heartbreak,
(Optional change) Yes I’ve broke a few myself along the way.
But when I look at her, I don’t see her ever causing me pain,
Don’t know what she sees in me, but I know what I don’t see in her.

Tag: Don’t know what she sees in me, but I know what I don’t see in her…
I really love her.

Blue Ridge Mountain Place

Written By: Andre' Pratt

Blue Ridge Mountain Place

We were wed in the fall, two young lives who had it all
In the hills of ole’ Cocke County, is where we fell in love
There we moved to a little place, where doves would sing all the day
Their sad, mournful refrain; in that Blue Ridge Mountain Place

Chorus:
It’s where we fell deep in love
With the music from God above
What we shared, time can’t erase
In that Blue Ridge Mountain Place

We were poor and times were hard, our place was small, but I thank the Lord
Every time I remember one thing, how she loved me like I was a king
Time past on and we moved away, from our little home on the Blue Ridge Way
Now I see how our love grew today, in that Blue Ridge Mountain Place
