Born in Edinburgh to English, or should I say more correctly Geordie parents, raised in Ireland - Dublin - (mostly)...confusing or what. There's a strong Scottish connection on both my parents sides, which has to be a good thing?
Tried to be what my father thought I should be for years and made myself truly miserable, so, I gave up on that & picked up the guitar again. Spent a few years soul searching in the wilds and wilderness of West Cork, good for contemplating life but not a lot of life there to contemplate. Following an enexpected and frankly terrifying brush with The Grim Reaper, I took myself & my family back to the city - Dublin to be exact - & so far so good. Lots of like minded people here, playing music, writing, and generally trying to do their own thing. I'm lucky, got a second chance & a great wife and two great daughters into the bargain.
Everything else is a bonus...believe me.
That's my youngest daughter Katie by the way...
I'm busy writing & recording more new songs amongst other things. Hope to have a few more tracks finished and uploaded here soon...
