Andrew Jackson is a young trombonist who is quickly making a name for himself on Canadian music scene. Currently Andrew plays lead trombone in the schools flagship ensemble the Humber Studio Jazz Ensemble, directed by Denny Christianson. This group recently completed an extensive tour of British Columbia,

While attending Humber, Andrew has had the opportunity to perform with a “who’s who” of jazz such as Chris Potter, John Clayton, Terence Blanchard and Bob Mintzer and will be playing with Dave Holland in Spring 2011.
