Bio
After completing a diploma at Boston’s BerkLee Colleges of Music, André Lambert has studied privately with acclaimed saxophonist Pihil Woods. He also holds a Masters in musicology of popular muic from Université Laval in Quebec City. After leading the jazz-rock group Brette in the late seventies, André has collaborated with many Quebec artists such as Daniel Lavoie, Robert Charlebois and Claude Dubois. He also performed in Europe and Asia. His new music project, the quintet, brings a new repertoire focuses on melody, harmony and groove.
