Andross

Andross, born Andrew Christophe Foster is a Native Texan who has been influenced by years of singing in choir as well as the greatest performers of the generation before him. Artists like James Brown, Michael Jackson, and Stevie Wonder have influenced his style. The list goes so long in and in so many directions it would be impossible to count them all. The idea of Andross comes from being something different. Growing up as a first Generation American, Andross was introduced to many European Artists as well as great American performers. in 2005 Andross moved from Dallas Texas, to Southern California to study music. It was here that he used his musical knowledge to pick up the guitar in order to lead music for congregations and be mobile with his music. It was also then that he began playing at a local restaurant weekly doing top 40 hits and jazz standards on piano and cajon. Andross attended Millenium Dance Studio where he was trained in hop-hop by the Choreographers of Justin Timberlake, Omarion, Britney Spears, Janet Jackson, Chris Brown and Michael Jackson. His latest recordings have been influenced by records like "Futuresex Lovesounds" by Justin Timberlake "808's and Heartbreak" by Kanye West. and "The E.N.D." by the Black Eyed Peas. His Ability to dance and sing as well as play piano and guitar have allowed him to stand alone as an Artist.
