Bio

Andy Moore received her first acoustic guitar at the age of 10. Soon she took her formal vocal training and discovered folk/rock music. She swiftly began playing solo gigs at coffee houses and opening for folk favorites while still in high school.

Since the debut of her first album, Shifting, in 2001, Andy has continued to entertain packed venues along the East Coast as well as other venues scattered across the country. When Andy is not penning or performing music, the Texas native attends Harvard Divinity School.

Andy currently headlines the competitive nightly show scene in Provincetown, MA. Since leaving Texas and following her heart in the music, Andy has shared the stage with such indie greats as Melissa Ferrick, Dan Bern, Beth Hart, Jess Klein, Edie Carey, Adrianne, and Bet Williams. Andy’s latest work, titled Dig Right In, is laced with emotionally engaging vocals, intense lyrical depth and her signature smooth acoustic guitar.
Packed with a dozen fresh new tracks, Andy’s self-proclaimed musical influences such as Shawn Colvin and the Indigo Girls shine through brilliantly.
