Bio

Andy was a professional actor for over 12 years and had success on british TV shows like Byker Grove, 55 Degrees North and many more. He has always played music from a young age and had influences from artists like, Simon and Garfunkel, Bob Dylan, Billy Joel, Neil Young, Fleetwood Mac, Don Mclean, Jeremy Spencer and REM.
It was a brush with death and the intervention of friends, that turned andy's life around and after quitting alcohol he began a whole new relationship with music.
His initial post drink songs were raw and born from his struggle. He posted some of these tracks on myspace and they quickly projected him to the top of the myspace charts.
Self releasing his songs has gained top iTunes songwriting chart success and appearances on BBC Introducing, BBC Lancs and Argentine radio.
As well as playing the prestigious Berlin Music Week and many top UK Venues over the past 18 months.
Andy has won the attention of Facebook promoters Winning Get Method "Facebook Band Of the Week" voted for by the ever growing fanbase.
He was also selected as one of 23 Lancashire acts to appear on the industry promotional CD "Sounds Of Lancashire" promoting the best acts of 2012, from Lancashire at events like Midem, SXSW, Sound City and many more

His style is emotional and haunting and there are echoes of his influences, as well as a freshness that take you on a emotional journey and leaves you wanting more.
